Shipping Rules and RegulationsWe ship anywhere in the United States via UPS Ground or Express Delivery Service.
We do our very best to send out your order as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. We do not ship on (Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of kvkdesignshome.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
Shipping outside North America:
KVKDESIGNS HOME will ship to all United States and territories, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands and Samoa are shipped via a standard shipping method and cannot be expedited.

Return Exchange PolicyRETURN POLICY
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return a product within 15 days of receiving it. Absolutely no returns will be made after 15 days. Please inspect all products upon receipt. To return a purchase, please follow the directions below.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You may return any online purchase to us within 15 days of receiving it. Please note that sales of clearance items are final.
Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including tax (NJ Customers Only). All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please first call us at 1-973-409-4005, or e-mail us at returns@kvkdesignshome.com KVKDESIGNS HOME customer service hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
A customer service associate will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
*Please note that returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.
Write the Return Merchandise Authorization on the pre-printed return address form included with your boxed order. Complete the returns form, then pack it with your order and affix the address label to the outside of the box. Send your return via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS and obtain a tracking number.

All merchandise must be in the original packaging and original condition. Please note that installed products with cut wires or loose crystal will be subject to a $50 fee.
Note: KVKHOME Designs is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.REFUND PROCESS
Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will send you an e-mail confirmation and issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase, less original shipping charges.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Please contact us within 15 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our company so that our customer service associate may issue you an RMA #. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Merchandise received that is damaged, will not be eligible for a return or exchange
